Paris Hilton and Benji Madden are dating, "exclusive" sources snitch to Perez Hilton.
"They're really into each other. It's serious," says the informant.
Perez writes that the "Good Charlotte rocker accompanied Hilton on a work trip to St. Louis this weekend, where she went to promote her new fragrance."
Perhaps in her new tamer life she will become a sister-in-law of sorts to Nicole Richie.
