Paris Hilton Web Site Shut Down |
A Web site featuring Paris Hilton's
personal belongings was shut down
yesterday after the hotel heiress
slapped the operators with a federal
lawsuit.
Parisexposed.com launched on Jan. 23 and
allowed visitors to view the “Stars Are
Blind” singer's medical records,
personal diaries and home videos for a
fee.
The site claimed the items were
auctioned off after Hilton failed to pay
the rent on a Los Angeles-based storage
container.
In a lawsuit filed Monday, Hilton
claimed the items were put in storage
two years ago when she and her sister
moved houses after being burglarized and
that the moving company was told to pay
the storage fees.
Hilton's lawyer, Gregory Korn, said she
could be in danger because some of the
personal information, such as credit
card receipts and Hilton's passport,
could be used to steal her identity or
provide information to potential
stalkers.
The lawsuit alleged defendants Nabil and
Nabila Haniss of Culver City,
California, paid $2,775 for the items,
which were then sold to Bardia Persa--who
created Parisexposed.com--for $10
million.
Hilton's publicist Elliott Mintz claims
the dispute is not over, adding, "She
wants her things back. Her possessions
are still in the hands of strangers."

Paris Hilton's Private Items On Internet |
Socialite Paris Hilton may be making her
way back to court, this time to sue a
website.
The legal action will reportedly centre
on a new website launched on Tuesday
that is providing access to personal
items belonging to the hotel empire
heiress. The items include personal
photos, diaries and contacts – including
the phone numbers of Paris's friends.
Website creator Bardia Persa obtained
the items after the socialite failed to
make payments at a Los Angeles storage
facility. The items were turned over to
a broker and Ms Persa is said to have
picked up the items at auction for just
£1,500.
She is offering access to the items at
ParisExposed.com for a subscription fee
of $40 (£21) per month. Items on offer
also include sex tapes, love letters
from Nick Carter and taped telephone
conversations.
But Paris is reportedly trying to shut
the website down. "We certainly are
going to explore all of our legal
options about this matter," said her
spokesperson Elliot Mintz.

Paris Hilton Pleads No Contest in DUI
Case |
Paris Hilton was placed on 36 months
probation and ordered to pay fines after
pleading no contest Monday to
alcohol-related reckless driving, a
reduction of an original charge of
driving under the influence, relates
Reuters.
Paris Hilton did not appear in court.
The plea was entered by her attorneys
Howard Weitzman and Shawn Chapman
Holley, the city attorney's office said.
Judge Michael Sauer also ordered her to
attend an alcohol education program and
imposed other conditions.
He gave Hilton the option of reducing
her probation to 24 months if she
completed 40 hours of community service.
No immediate decision was made on that
option. The fines, plus penalty
assessments, totaled about $1,500.

Paris Hilton's Date Confirms Britney
Spears Rift |
Recent party pals Paris Hilton and
Britney Spears have ended their
friendship, according to one of the
hotel heiress' acquaintances.
The blonde beauties were snapped
together at a string of nightclubs
following Spears' split from husband
Kevin Federline last year.
However, the singer's management team
reportedly stepped in and insisted she
stop hanging out with the socialite
after photos of her looking drunk,
exhausted and panty-less were splashed
over newspaper front pages across the
globe.
Now Austrian socialite Richard Lugner--Hilton's
date at next month's glittering Vienna
Opera Ball--has confirmed their brief
friendship is officially over.
He says, "They unfortunately do not get
along anymore."

Paris Hilton Slapped With $10 Million
Lawsuit |
Hotel heiress Paris Hilton has been sued
by model-producer Zeta Graff for
slander.
Fred Khalilian, the owner of Club Paris,
has revealed that he has been asked by
the court to give a videotaped
deposition in the case.
Hilton is due in court on February 5,
where the 10-million dollars lawsuit has
been filed against her.
The club had reportedly told the press
that Graff attacked Paris at a "London
nightclub and tried to rip off Hilton's
$4 million necklace."
Graff however, is insisting that the
whole story has been fabricated.
"I was served to give a deposition
concerning the Zeta Graff, Paris Hilton
Case. I am really not playing a role in
this. I guess this about one person who
has a problem with another person and
they are going to ask me about certain
things and I am just going to go up
there and tell the truth and nothing but
the truth," Idontlikeyouthatway.com
quoted Khalilian as saying.
He had criticized Hilton for her selfish
character last week also.
"The problem is when she is done with
you, she chews you and spits you out.
When she is done with you're out. The
people around her get so star struck
because she is so powerful presentation
wise," he said.

Paris Hilton: 'I'm Serious About Acting' |
Paris Hilton's New Year's resolution is
to seriously concentrate on her acting
career. The socialite - who has
previously starred in House of Wax and
Pledge This! - recently won a part in
romantic comedy The Hottie And The
Nottie and is determined for it to be
her best big screen project to date.
She told Hello! magazine: "I'm serious
about acting and have been reading this
book, The Power Of The Actor."
The hotel heiress - who has also tried
her hand at singing and has created her
own signature perfume, among other
business ventures - is confident her
efforts will pay off.
She said: "I have a bunch of movies
lined up. I think I can become a good
actress. It's something I want to prove
to myself and to other people. I feel
I'm getting better and feeling more
confident about what I can do as an
actress."
The Hottie And The Nottie is expected to
hit screens in 2008.

Paris Hilton And Britney Spears Tie For
Worst-Dressed Award |
Dubbed "style-free and fashion
deprived," Britney Spears and Paris
Hilton tied for the No. 1 spot on Mr.
Blackwell's 47th annual "Worst Dressed"
list released Tuesday.
Some of Blackwell's nastiest words were
reserved for Camilla Parker-Bowles, a
member of the British royal family, who
finished No. 2 on the list.
"The Duchess of Dowdy strikes again,"
wrote Blackwell. "In feathered hats that
were once the rage, she resembles a
petrified parakeet from the Jurassic
age. A royal wreck."
At No. 3 was actress Lindsay Lohan,
scolded by Blackwell for turning "from
adorable to deplorable."
Christina Aguilera was also in
Blackwell's fashion hall of shame. He
called her a "dazzling singer" but added
that she "puts good taste through the
wardrobe wringer. All crass and no
class."
He referred to Mariah Carey as "Mariah
the fashion pariah ... the queen of
catastrophic kitsch," and "American
Idol" judge Paula Abdul as "a fallen
fashion idol."
Not even at this paragraph Britney
Spears and Paris Hilton friendship steel
strong.

Paris Hilton Pleads Innocent To Drunk
Driving |
Celebrity heiress Paris Hilton who had
earlier claimed that burgers, not booze,
was behind her September arrest for
drunken driving, has now pleaded not
guilty to the charge.
'The Stars Are Blind' singer was not
present at today's hearing in a Los
Angeles County courtroom, but an
attorney representing Hilton entered the
plea, reports TMZ.
Hilton was pulled over by police in
September 2006 for driving erratically
and told officers at the time that she
had one drink on an empty stomach and
was on her way to get a hamburger at a
nearby fast food restaurant.
Hilton has no prior drunk driving
arrests. If convicted, she could be
sentenced to six months in jail and
fined 1000 dollars.
The minimum penalty for a first-time
offender is a fine, probation and rehab.
Her next court date is slated for
January 23, 2007.

Paris Hilton Fired By Club Paris Owner |
Paris Hilton has been 'fired' by her own
chain of nightclubs.
Club Paris - which opened its first
branch in 2005 with the hotel heiress
lending it her name and endorsement -
has announced it is disassociating
itself from its namesake.
Owner Fred Khalilian said: "She's
created a circus for herself.
"It's all about, 'How has she screwed up
now?'"
Paris, 25, has failed to attend her
scheduled appearances at the two clubs
in Orlando and Jacksonville, leaving
Khalilian exasperated.
'The Simple Life' star first let the
chain down when she arrived six hours
late for the grand opening of the
original Orlando club in January 2005.
At the time, she said: "I was in the
Swiss Alps skiing, and I got caught at
the airport with all the holiday travel
so I've been trying to travel for the
past 24 hours. I'm so sorry I'm late."
Paris' deal with Khalilian, who invested
$3-million in the chain, required her to
make four appearances a year at the
Orlando club and she made no financial
investment in the business herself.
The club will keep its name but will now
use the French capital as its main
theme, not the blonde party girl.
Paris' representative, Elliot Mintz,
claimed neither he nor the young heiress
had heard from Khalilian.
He said: "I'm certainly disappointed to
learn of Fred's unfortunate comments.
"We shall address his statements at the
appropriate time."

Paris Hilton 'Stubs Out' Britney Spears'
Orgasm! |
Britney Spears almost had a panic attack
recently, after being told by pal Paris
Hilton that lighting a cigarette on the
wrong end could end her chances of
having an orgasm.
Spears and Hilton were partying at LA
hotspot Area when the 'Toxic' singer lit
her cig from the filter end, causing it
to flare up.
A source revealed that Paris then
reportedly told her that lighting up a
cigarette from the wrong and smoking in
this manner repeatedly could leave her
without the ability to have an orgasm.
"Paris told Britney, 'Oh my God! Don't
you know that lighting a cigarette the
wrong way and inhaling stops the blood
flow to your private parts, and doing it
more than once means you may never
experience orgasm again!'"
Hollywoodrag.com quoted the source, as
telling the National Enquirer magazine.
The insider revealed that Spears was so
"horrified" that she "ran around" for
ten whole minutes asking people if what
Paris had said was true.
"Britney was horrified and ran around
for about ten minutes asking everyone if
they had ever heard that and what she
should do about it," the insider said.
Finally Paris took mercy on the singer
and told her it was a joke, saying: "I
had you going, didn't I?"
Spears recently checked herself into a
spa for a little "rest and relaxation"
following her wild partying spree that
ended with her fainting while hosting
the New Year's Eve do at Pure nightclub
in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Paris Hilton Is Sleeping With Her
Monkey! |
If you thought that Paris Hilton is
sleeping alone now that she has gone on
a self-imposed year long sex ban, well
you better think again, for she now
shares her bed with her pet monkey.
Paris told Australian's Cosmopolitan
magazine that though she has kissed "a
lot of guys" over the past year, she has
not broken her vow of abstainance, and
that her partners in bed were now her
vast array of pets, like her baby monkey
Brigitte Bardot.
"Yes, I've kissed a lot of guys. I like
to kiss, but that's it. I don't go home
with anyone. I sleep with my animals,
like my baby monkey, Brigitte Bardot,"
Hollywoodrag.com quoted her, as telling
the mag.
Hilton also insisted that though she has
a rather promiscuous reputation, she
does not believe in meaningless
one-night stands, and will only have sex
with a guy if they are in a
relationship.
"I don't have sex unless I'm in a
relationship. I'm old-fashioned when it
comes to that. I really am!" Paris told
the mag.
The hotel heiress also revealed that if
she ever considered placing an advert in
a lonely hearts column, she would
describe herself as a girl who is not
only shy and funny, but one who also
likes to eat.
"I'm blonde and tanned and normal-sized!
I'm sweet, shy, funny, have a big heart
and I'm nice - and I like to eat," she
said.

Paris Hilton To Star In South Korean
Adverts |
PARIS Hilton will make her debut in
South Korea in March as a model for a
sportswear maker, the company said
today.
Paris would star in print and TV
advertisements for Fila Korea following
filming in Los Angeles this month, the
company said.
"We have selected Paris as the company's
2007 model as her image as a sexy,
fashionable and high-society celebrity
matches that of our brand,'' said Kil
Young-Og, spokeswoman for Fila Korea.
She said the company was aware of the
stir created by the illicit release on
the Internet of a home video of her
having sex with a former boyfriend.
"However, Korean customers are much more
generous toward foreign stars implicated
in scandals than local stars,'' Ms
Young-Og said.
The company signed a one-year contract
with Hilton in late December, which is
worth $US1 million ($A1.27 million),
according to Yonhap news agency.

Paris Hilton Unhappy With Sex Symbol
Status |
Socialite heiress Paris Hilton is
unhappy with her raunchy reputation and
adds that she likes to stay at home and
watch TV.
Hilton is upset that men have a wrong
impression of her in the bedroom.
Contactmusic.com quoted her as saying:
"Guys see me as this public sex symbol,
and then moan when I'm not at all sexual
at home. To be honest, I'd rather just
sit and watch 'Lost' or stuff my face."

Paris Hilton Rejects Sex Doll |
Paris Hilton turned down the chance to
have a sex doll made in her image -
because the idea freaked her out.
Hilton hated the thought of strangers
making love to a doll that looked
exactly like her, even though the
venture would have made her a fortune.
She says, "I turn down perverted things,
some sex things. Like a Paris Hilton
blow-up doll.
"They were like, 'They'll sell for
$50,000 each, it'll be the real-life
you.' And I'm like, 'I really don't want
a real-life me with anyone, anywhere.
No!'"
